The mess happening in South Sudan is because of illiteracy, says a lecturer at the University of Bahr El Ghazal.
Paul Malesh says if all people were educated, no one would think of war and corrupt others, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
He calls for joint efforts to fight illiteracy countrywide.
Malesh advises that knowledge can be acquired in any educational institutes as long as one is committed.
The lecturer encourages the graduates to utilize the skills they gained for the development of their region and the nation.
IGAD contracted trainer, Abibi Abaker, says the project was to empower civil servants at all levels in South Sudan.
He thanks the graduates for their dedication to complete the course.
The speakers made the remarks on Wednesday during the graduation of civil servants in Wau.
