Lasting peace is based on justice, fairness and impartiality, says Apostolic Administrator of the Catholic Diocese of Torit.
Monsignor Thomas Oliha Atiya says lack of justice among leaders hinders the peace process in the country, Radio Emmanuel reports.
The 2015 peace agreement signed in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia was based on balance of power, Oliha notes
He urges the government to put a collective effort with partners working for peace to continue advocating for inclusive peace in the country.
Monsignor Oliha was talking during a one-day peace forum organized by Community Media Network in South Sudan on Wednesday in Torit.
