Local authorities and field commanders in the states continue to restrict the movement of the Ceasefire, Transitional, Security Arrangements and Monitoring Mechanism or CTSAMM, according to the chairperson.
Major General Molla Hailemariam appeals to the national government to allow the Monitoring body to conduct its duties as mandated in the 2015 agreement.
The Chairperson explains that they completed investigation into seven alleged violations into permanent ceasefire after they visited Pagak, Yei, Boma, Fashoda, Raja and Mogiri among others.
The Mechanism met different peace partners including UNMISS, IGAD and AU to strengthen relations, he adds.
Hailemariam says the Mechanism will present the findings to Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission or JMEC for further discussions.
The official was speaking on Thursday before their twelfth board meeting in Juba.
