Wau State governor ordered all chiefs to stop attacking neighboring states.
Andrea Mayar Acho gave the order on Sunday during his visit to Manyang area to meet with the governors of Tonj, and Gogrial States, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
Those chiefs who will violate the order will face the law.
There was misunderstanding recently in Manyang creating conflict between Gok and Akuac communities and number of Marial Bai residence were injured.
But the situation in the area has returned to normal due to quick intervention of the government.
The clashes are still continuing in Gok Machar area between Lony Akeer and Abiem.
