Western Lakes State Assembly Speaker issued an order cancelling the recess period, calling back members of parliament to attend their normal sittings.
The cancellation order seen by Radio Good News on Wednesday, says the MPs are urgently called back on July 12, 2017.
The postponement of the vacation is for MPs to attend the disarmament of their various communities, the document adds.
The ongoing disarmament process in the state will last up to the end of September 2017.
The statement reveals that the order is effective from July 12, 2017.
