South Sudan political leaders are the cause of the ongoing conflict in the country, according to national Minister of Mining.
Gabriel Thokuj Deng says the government of Southern Sudan started wrongly in 2005 by embracing tribalism in all ministries.
The minister believes that accountability is paramount in the country to build the trust between nationals, because lack of transparency cause of the problem.
Thokuj adds that the peace agreement is not respected because there are many problems regarding the borders.
The minister was speaking on Thursday while meeting with the security committee of the national dialogue in Juba.
