The dialogue is the only solution to South Sudan grievances, Governor of Yei River State tells South Sudanese.
David Lokonga Moses says some residents of Yei have started coming back from camps due to bad humanitarian situation, Radio Easter reports.
The Governor says humanitarian agencies are able to access displaced people in other areas of Yei, except Yei-Lasu road.
Lokonga explains that there are number of people living in rural areas who did not flee to the neighboring countries.
