Governor of Wau State asks citizens to work for unity instead of war which destroys the country
Andrea Mayar Acho urges sons of the state who are fighting the government to demand for cantonment areas for their forces.
Fighting for power will not lead the country forward, he stresses.
The governor revealed that developed countries in the world fought themselves, but at the end people returned to peace because they did not gain anything from war.
Mayar appeals to all South Sudanese specially sons and daughters of Wau to learn from the past mistakes and accept the presidential amnesty.
Governor Mayar said it is not good for the state to have instability.
If the armed group accepts the cantonment area, the government will approve it to them and a committee will be sent to hear their demands.
