Citizens in Torit should not disagree over church land, chairman warns

Chairperson of the Parish Pastoral Council of St Peter and Paul warns the public in Torit of Imotong State to stop conflicting over church land.
 
William Okot De-Toby notes that the land belongs to the Cathedral of St Peter and Paul should not be personalized by individuals, Radio Emmanuel reports.
 
He warns farmers against cultivating in the church land this year.
 
Okot appeals to the state government to support the parish with local building materials to provide shelter to the faithful for the mass.
 
He describes the situation in the Cathedral as pity because of no shelter to accommodate the faithful.
 
The Parish Pastoral Chairman made a statement during St Peter and Paul Day commemorated in Torit on Sunday.
