All educational programs exist in Tombura, but some are partly implemented, he discloses.
Ebere says basic education and early childhood development is still coming up and being implemented in few places in the state.
The minister reveals that they are planning to have secondary schools in each county.
The ministry is also planning to create alternative education programs that cater for people who missed their basic education, he adds.
Ebere discloses that many teachers are untrained and some have left because they could not tolerate the current biting economic crisis.
The minister appreciates some partners for supporting education in terms of intensive training to volunteers that will boost the human resource development.
