SAADO launches South Sudan five-year development strategy

Smile Again Africa Development Organization or SAADO on Thursday launched 2017–2021 South Sudan Country Strategy in Juba.
 
Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Hussein Mar Nyuot, promises to facilitate youth activities.
 
He admits that the government lacks resources to deliver basic services because of the biting economic crisis.
 
The minister expresses government’s commitment to give access to all humanitarian agencies to reach all corners of the country.
 
Peter Lam Both, SAADO Chairman of the Board, describes the plan as a very important milestone to address development programs countrywide and abroad.
 
He discloses a preparation to develop skills of young people across the 32 states of South Sudan.
 
Lam says they will ensure achieving their goals and serve South Sudan communities according to their priority needs.
 
SAADO’s 2017-2021 strategy promotes transparency and accountability, reliability, trustworthiness and team work.
