South Sudan Law Society official in Torit advises residents of the church owned lands to look for plots so as they will not be disturbed when time for Catholic Church to implement its developmental activities.
The advice came during a meeting for land awareness organized by South Sudan Law Society on Saturday

Marcelo Lolima, a resident in a church owned land, says he is ready to leave the land anytime when it is needed.
He discourages allotment of land based on tribal line
Lolima calls on the state government to give priority to the people of Mairo when there is a plan to demarcate land.
Marta Adiye is another resident; Adiye says she cannot afford buying a plot because she has a big responsibility of attending to her school going children.
Joseph Lonuha, area sub-chief of Mairo, says the current insecurity is blocking ways of allotting land for citizens although the government has agreed.
He urges the people of Mairo to remain calm and hope for peace in the state and the country as a whole.
Mairo area in Torit is a land owned by the Catholic Diocese of Torit and has been occupied by majority who has no access to buy land
