Inspector promises to initiate community policing in Yambio

The Chief Inspector of Police in Yambio County of Gbudue State says soon they will initiate community police in all zones of the town to reduce crimes rate in the area.
 
Colonel Achole Kuc Mugo says the aim is to improve security in all parts of Yambio town, Radio Anisa reports.
 
He mentions that they will work hand in hand with the Mayor to divide Yambio town into four zones to enables police to respond quickly to reported forms of violence.
 
Colonel Kuc, who is the Chairperson of Community Policing in Yambio, says dialogue is the only way for communities to resolve their differences than violence.
 
He calls on civilians to report crimes and discuss how to improve the standard of policing in Yambio County.
 
He encourages everyone to embrace the spirit of brotherhood and stop violence to achieve peaceful co-existence in the whole country.
