Mother of Mercy Hospital trains health workers on ethics

Mother of Mercy Hospital in the Nuba Mountains on Monday started training medical staff on ethics and good relationships with patients.
 
Kukani Ibrahim, health practitioners, stresses the need to establish good relations with patients so as to serve them better, Radio Voice of Peace reports.
 
Saving lives is the prime rule for everyone working in the medical field, he adds.
 
The medical official says the aim is to make good relationship between medical personnel and patients.
 
Patients’ lives are in nurses and doctors’ hands and should be handled with respect, he advises.
 
Ibrahim assures that the medical personnel at the Mother of Mercy Hospital are capable of handling patients professionally.
 
The workshop brought together 20 participants from different departments of the Hospital.
