The Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Yei appeals to South Sudanese to tell their problems to Jesus, the prince of peace.
Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe says people should believe that with power of Jesus, citizens will survive the atrocities in the country, Radio Easter reports.
He says Jesus is ever present among people in both good and bad times.
Many people lost their lives, but those who survive will go beyond the current conflicts with the power of God, Bishop Lodu consoles believers.
Let the South Sudanese bad will not be the cause for the delay of peace in the country, he adds.
Bishop Lodu made the remarks at Christ the King Cathedral on Sunday.
