He calls on the remaining SPLA in opposition to come home and join the implementation of the signed peace deal.
The release is in conformity with the declaration of the president Salva Kiir to release all political detainees and those arrested in connection to the rebellion, the Lokonga clarifies.
He ask Brigadier Chol Deng Chol to find Morobo, Lainya and Kajo-Keji County if there are SPLA-IO detainees should be set free.
