The national Ministry of Higher Education came up with a directive that fake certificates are not eligible for pursuing studies in universities all over the country, official.
It has been found that some students used fake secondary certificates for entering Catholic University of South Sudan, Pio Kur Deng, Dean of the College of Agricultural and Sciences, discloses to Radio Voice of Hope.
He urges students to bring their original documents within 24 hours as a limit the ministry gave to avoid problems.
Dr Charles Wani, Advisor to Catholic University Vice Chancellor, appreciates the Ministry of Higher Education for recognizing their university in awarding degree in Agriculture.
He says they will continue to cooperate to help students in summiting right certificates for quality education.
The Advisor notes that educational institutions should abstain from corruption so that the future of the nation will not be doom.
Victoria Aledie, fourth year student, appeals to the administration and authorities of Higher Education to give enough time for finding original certificates as 24 hours is very limited.
They spoke on Wednesday at Catholic University while briefing students about the circular from the ministry of Higher Education.
