COPE trains chiefs, youth and women on peace dialogue in Yambio

Community Organization for Peer Educators or COPE trained chiefs, youth, women and other civil society organizations on peace dialogue in Yambio, Gbudue State.
 
COPE Executive Director, Ripai Justin Kizito, told Radio Anisa that the workshop aim to enable the groups to identify problems facing them and discuss in a peaceful way.
 
He discloses that the training drew people from the nearby Bomas of Yambio County.
 
Modi Enosa Mukasi, Chairlady for Self-Help Initiative in Asanza Boma, appreciates COPE for bringing the initiative.
 
She cites some problems including insecurity, lack of health and education centers in the area are among major problems affecting them.
 
The chairlady calls for lasting peace in South Sudan to relieve women from their suffering.
