Medical Director of Tonj Civil Hospital calls on communities to give blood to save lives of patients.
 
Yel Akol Akol made the call on Wednesday when globe was commemorating World Blood Donation Day, Radio Don Bosco reports.
 
He explains that the hospital depends on direct blood transfusion because they do not have blood bank to help patients in need.
 
The Director advises communities to donate blood for good health and lives of neighbors and relatives, but not for getting money.

He describes giving blood to the blood bank as a great service and help because the motion can save lives of persons.
 
The listener urges national Ministry of Health to open blood bank branches in all states to save many lives of citizens.
