The Association for Media Development in South Sudan or AMDISS is launching a radio studio Friday for the Media Development Institute or MDI in Juba.
The studio is fully equipped with support from UNESCO as part of its mandate to help media development in member states.
MDI will use the studio for training journalists including freelancers and students of the University of Juba.
It also works to create environment for media development through advocacy at various levels of government.
It would also facilitate dialogue with government institutions including security agents.
