Holy Cross Parish bids farewell to Sister Rena Kawishe after working for eight years of serving communities in the region.
The Sister who is from Precious Blood Sisters Congregation in the Catholic Diocese of El-Obeid in Nuba Mountains, thanks her community, Radio Voice of Peace reports.
She testifies that she learns a lot from the community of the Holy Cross Parish.
Sister Cathy Solano, Education Coordinator, explains that Sister Kawishe assisted in teaching at school.
She adds that the Precious Blood Sister saved many lives during her service.
Holy Cross Parish Priest Christopher Konga, pastoral agents from Saint Peter and Paul and local authorities attended the ceremony.
