He appreciates the Governor of Gbudue for bringing back sons and daughters of the state who joined oppositions to fight the government.

Peni express happiness to citizens for praying for his release after the National Security arrested him in Yambio and took him to Juba.

On Monday citizens in Yambio were cheering and some were shedding tears of joy to see their highly respected chief back home in Yambio after long time.

The former government of Gbudue State earlier this year accused Yambio Paramount chief of giving instructions to the armed opposition in bushes to attack the government.

The Paramount chief while addressing thousands of people at Yambio Freedom Square on Monday denied the allegations, and described it unfounded claims.
