Yei River State Legislative Assembly has on Wednesday opened the second session after breaking for recess.
Speaker Naphtali Hassan Gale says they broke for the recess in order to allow the members go to their constituencies to meet with their people, Radio Easter reports.
Little was done in the first session due to the establishment process of the August House, he admits.
Governor of Yei River David Lokonga Moses says due to the crisis in the state members of the parliament were not able to meet their people.
He describes the recess period as challenging.
The Parliamentarians will start their second session on Monday.
