The Bishop of the Episcopal Church in Yei River State is calling on organized forces and police to stop harassing civilians in the town.
Bishop Hillary Luate Adeba says God will punish those who are harassing civilians, Radio Easter reports.
He adds that everybody should not be looked at as a rebel to the government.
Bishop hopes that the trained police graduated on Thursday will keep law and order.
The Episcopal Bishop was speaking at the Freedom Square during the graduation of one hundred and seventy four.
