Youths call on warring parties to stop fighting

South Sudan Network for Democracy and Elections has reported that the Youths in Jubek State are calling on the parties involved in violence to end conflict.
 
Rajab Muhandis, Executive Director of SSunde says the youths support the UN Security Council Resolution that reaffirms the role of women in the prevention and resolution of conflicts.
 
He urges the leaders to listen to the call of the young people for peace, Radio Bakhita reports.
 
Muhandis says the youths have also proposed to petition relevant institutions to take action so that the violence stops.
 
Guliba Florence Hakim calls on the community to stop discrimination against women.
 
She says women can play important role in peace building too.
 
SSuNDE has facilitated a workshop on protection of women and particular Youths in conflict.
 
It was organized by the Youths of Boru-Boru National Association on Wednesday in Juba.
