The Office of the President denied accusations by Sudan that President Salva Kiir met senior Sudan People’s Liberation Movement or SPLM-North leaders in Juba last week.
The Sudanese intelligence agency on Monday accused president Kiir of hosting leaders of the SPLM-north in Juba between Wednesday and Saturday last week.
But, Presidential spokesman Ateny Wek Ateny told Radio Bakhita that South Sudan has no interest in destabilizing the Sudan.
Sudan and South Sudan have in the past accused each other of supporting opposition groups fighting both governments.
