The newly appointed Finance Minister of Gbudwe State expresses concerns about challenges citizens facing this time round in South Sudan.
 
Paulino Singbagbe Paida says the people of South Sudan are facing difficult situation as salaries delay and insecurity is rampant, Radio Anisa reports.
 
What is happening is to test South Sudanese ability to resolve critical national issues and stay as a strong nation, he adds.
 
Nobody can resolve South Sudan problems being politically, economically and socially, but it needs home-grown solution, Singbagbe notes.
 
He adds that the International community in the past years tried their level best to resolve the problems of South Sudan, but with a little success.
 
Paida urges the people to work hard to reduce the difficult situation for the betterment of the community.
 
Insecurity causes serious damage in development progress, he observes.
