The United Nations Development Program, UNDP in Partnership with Women Aid Vision has on Saturday concluded Inter-women Peace Dialogue in Mvolo County of Amadi State.
Kasim Modi is the Deputy Program Manager of Women Aid Vision. He says the dialogue drew seventy women across Rumbek East and Mvolo Counties, Radio Good News reports.
He says the purpose was to share their experiences on the effect of conflict in their lives.
Mr Modi says women can change a violent society by preaching the word of peace.
Mvolo County Commissioner, James Abdallahi Arona thanks UNDP and Women Aid Vision for bringing women together for peace programs.
