There is no recognition for women in decision making, even when women are capable of the posts at higher level they are not given, Gloria adds.
She appeals to NGOs to support and empower women.
The MP advises women to stay hopeful because NGOs will return to uplift them and for peace restoration and stability.
Gloria calls on governments at all levels to build the capacity of women by providing education and vocational schools.
