The Minister of Physical Infrastructure on Tuesday conducted a meeting with the chiefs of Muok community, to construct feeder roads within Tonj town.
Teresa Awien Dal requests muok community to allow their land to be surveyed by next year, Don Bosco Radio reports
She adds that surveying of local roads at Akalkeu, madol A and B residential areas will start soon.
Akalkeu, madol A and B areas are about five to twelve kilo meters away from Tonj Town.
Minister Awien pleads to the chiefs to aware their people that some houses may be affected and demolished during the survey exercise.
She says people whose houses fall on the roads will be compensated with plots elsewhere.
Executive Chief of Muok community, Malok Akot says the land belongs to the government and that the people have agreed.
