The oil money must go to communities because they are the one affected during oil exploration, says Minister of Petroleum.
 
Ezekiel Lul says it is very important for South Sudanese to know that the resources are meant for them.
 
He says the oil money should be used to boost agriculture in the country.
 
The companies would be held accountable in whatever they do for development, especially in construction of roads and schools, says Minister Lul.
 
He says a better deal has been negotiated for South Sudan, including capital gain tax and the issue of environment for all the oil companies to follow.
 
Equatoria Guinea Petroleum minister Obiang Lima says it is the responsibility of all companies to build schools and train people.
 
He says it is this development that needs to be done to people.
