Authority in Kwajieno County says one of the criminals who shot a civilian last week is arrested and warrant has been sent after the one who escaped.
Borjuog Ucu, Kwajieno County Commissioner, confirmed to Radio Voice of Hope that a farmer was shot when he resisted an attempt by armed traders to loot his dura on his way to the market.
Ucu says his county is implementing the peace agreement and the national dialogue.
The commissioner urges the state government to hurry up in implementing peace and dialogue so that people return to their homes before the rainy season.
