Governor urges women to participate in national dialogue

The Governor of Yei River State is urging women to participate in the national dialogue announced by President Salva Kiir Mayardit.
 
David Lokonga Moses believes the dialogue is the only means of ending the current suffering of South Sudanese, Radio Easter reports.
 
He says his government has directed all commanders not to arrest those who will be engaging in dialogue with the armed oppositions.

The two speakers made the remarks during the commemoration of the international women’s day under the theme: ‘Be bold for change’.
