Governor describes 2016 unfortunate year for education

2016 was a very unfortunate year for students who missed to sit the current South Sudan Certificate exams due to crisis, says Governor of Yei River State.
 
David Lokonga Moses says a number of candidates were forced to flee to the neighboring countries due to people’s propaganda, Radio Easter reports.
 
The Governor discloses that over 100 candidates of Kajo-Keji have arrived from Ajumani went to Juba and are currently sitting for the exams.
 
He assures the students that the state government is standing firm to bring the security situation to normal.
 
Governor Lokonga asks armed oppositions to hear the call of President Salva Kiir Mayardit for national dialogue in the country for proper education of young people.
 
The governor made the remarks while addressing students for first paper at Yei Day Secondary School on Monday.
