The department of public health in Western Lakes State on Saturday has warned citizens against cholera cases and its dangers to people.

According to Radio Good News, Deputy Senior Inspector James Magok Akec says the public needs to be aware of the epidemic disease to keep hygiene.

He fears that the outbreak in Eastern Lakes State may likely spread to other states without precautions.

Inspector Magok advises everybody to cover food and boil water before drinking to prevent infection.

He urges all the restaurant operators to be careful and stop pouring water anyhow.
