Amadi State Information Minister says public schools are not operating in the state.
 
Victor Mabruk explains that most public schools have been occupied by Internally Displaced Persons, IDPs from Kediba area, Radio Bakhita reports.
 
He says the state government is planning to relocate the IDPs occupying schools.
 
Some public schools have started registrations, Mabruk says.
 
The official says only private schools are operating in the area now.
 
Minister Mabruk says some organizations have assessed the situation to help relocate the IDPs from schools.
 
He says the government had a series of meeting with the IDPs to relocate.
