The National Dialogue is not a trick, President Salva Kiir tells the Transitional National Legislature in an opening ceremony this Tuesday.
 
He urges all South Sudanese stakeholders to join the proposed National Dialogue without any doubt.
 
President Kiir appeals to Upper Nile communities to dialogue to resolve differences arising from the creation of 28 states.
 
He believes the recent creation of more four states in the country will resolve the matter.
 
The government priority now is to overturn the falling economy, President Kiir tells Members of Parliament.
 
The President’s speech focuses on National Dialogue, implementation of Peace Agreement, addressing collapsing economy and improving diplomatic relations with regional and global bodies.
