An anonymous concerned woman is challenging President Salva Kiir to intervene on alleged mass rape as the matter is still under investigation.
She says such alarming news deserves President Kiir’s reaction.
The concerned woman says South Sudanese leaders should not only talk, but act to stop violation of human rights.
She urges President Kiir to follow up the case of mass rape so that women can feel that he is a leader for all.
The troubled woman was speaking in Juba some hours ago.

In Yei Episcopal Church celebration recently, President Kiir was provoked to order Defence Minister and Army Chief of General Staff to execute any SPLA involved in rape.
