The Human Rights and Child Protection Commission stages two -day workshop to introduce its service in the Nuba Mountains.
Raja Adam, the Head of the Commission says the body was initiated by SPLA-North in the region recently, Radio Voice of Peace reports.
She adds that SPLA-North had agreed with the international community to respect human rights and child protection principles.
Miss Adam says it is difficult to pass a piece of information to the whole region.
The official advises mothers to take full responsibilities of children with patience amidst hardship.
Miss Adam says the workshop targeted 30 participants from local authorities, organizations and women leadership.
