Pastor of Episcopal Church of South Sudan and Sudan or ECSSS says World Food Program or WFP distributed food items to IDPs in their compound on Wednesday.
Pastor Andrew Apiny says the agency also distributed soap, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
Apiny notes that their church and Christian Action for Development were supporting the IDPs but now they cannot as their numbers increases every day.
The pastor explains that IOM distributed non food items, IMC provided medicines and OXFAM erected shelters and gave water.
Some IDPs expressed their happiness with the response made by WFP in meeting their needs.
ECSSS is currently hosting over nine thousand IDPS from former Jur River County displaced by conflict.
