The immediate deployment of regional protection force to South Sudan is important to protect civilians and guarantee stability, says Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission or JMEC Chairman.
Festus Mogae believes the force will also provide safe atmosphere for the implementation of the peace agreement.
The JMEC Chair urges the transitional government, IGAD and the world bodies to work for the national dialogue initiative to bring lasting peace to South Sudan.
Mogae encourages the transitional government to ensure inclusive national dialogue process with all stakeholders.
The leader points out that JMEC will not stop repeating itself until peace is achieved in the country.
