Some students have also voiced their concerns that going to school and returning home is hard nowadays.

They appeal to the government to resolve the shortage of public transport in Juba.

The transport crisis is a result of fuel shortage in the country.

CEPO Executive Director, Edmond Yakani recently urged the government to resolve fuel crisis to ease public transport and other operations.

Last year, Juba City Council and the Drivers Union agreed on transport fares within the city.

But, some drivers still charge fares as they wish to exploit the opportunity of transport shortfall.
