God is among and always with people of Yei despite the ongoing political crisis, says Mayor of Juba City Council.
Steven Wani Michael says the people of Juba are in prayers since the crisis erupted in Yei, Radio Easter reports.
Wani says Juba City Council and national government officials visit Yei to celebrate 100 years of Christianity in Yei Episcopal Church of South Sudan and Sudan.
He adds that centenary celebration is a moment of bringing of peace and forgiveness to the citizens of Yei River State.
The Mayor of Juba City Council made the remarks on Sunday at Christ the King Cathedral of the Catholic Diocese of Yei.
