The Archbishop of the Episcopal Church has visited Yei to celebrate 100 years of operation referred to as centenary.
Archbishop Daniel Deng Bul says his visit ahead of the occasion is to share with pastors how to preach the word of peace, Radio Easter reports.
He says the celebration of 100 years of the church operation is for all the people in the world.
Deng says his ten years as archbishop in South Sudan have expired.
The time to hand over to another Archbishop of the Episcopal Church has come, he says.
He says the centenary celebration will be the hope for beginning of peace in Yei this year.
