The governor of Yei River State banned entering into hospitals with guns to avoid discouraging the medical personnel.
 
David Lokonga Moses notes that some military and security agents tend to harass and threaten medical staff, Radio Easter reports.
 
The governor says HIV/AID is alarming in the state.
 
He asks all the people to educate themselves on the prevalence of the disease as the number of the people living with the virus is over 400 in Yei town alone.
 
Governor Lokonga made the remarks after completing his tour to different institutions in Yei Town on Friday.
