Ritti Justine commonly known by his stage name, Rocky Jay, says young people should cooperate and love one another, Radio Easter reports.
The youth should respect the rules the government set up in order to be one people of the one nation, he adds.
Justine says despite the difficult moment, he made it to Yei because he loves the people of this new state.
He thanks the state government for restoring peace and stability in the town.
Ritti Justine made the call shortly after touchdown at Yei airstrip.
He is expected to hold peace concert at Mango Club in Yei town.
