The community of Baggari has called for improvement in security situation and removal of taxes on the road as part of the way out for peace in the county.
A number of citizens express readiness and willingness to join peace efforts, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
The expression comes in a consultative meeting organized by county commissioner on Tuesday in Wau.
The meeting proposed improvement in security situation in the state to resolve problems facing the county and implement the peace dialogue.
Another participant proposes a good political move to be taken to ensure free movement of people.
Commissioner of Baggari County, Edmond Simon Unango, assured the people that he will forward community demands to the state government for proper resolution, peace and stability particularly in the area and Wau State in general.
He asked the people to accept peace and raise their concerns to the government for peace process for public interest.
The Commissioner disclosed that they raised the community concerns to deputy governor for the approval of coordination offices for the three commissioners to conduct all activities and provide security in the southern part of Wau town.
Recently, security organs were deployed on Wau-Baggari and Bussere- Raga roads for safe delivery of local products from villages to the town.
