Peace should begin at families with brothers and sisters, friends up to the national level, he advises.
Bishop Luate reminds South Sudanese that civilized nations fear God and respect the rule of law that avoids shooting of guns.
He adds that such bad acts send a strong message that South Sudanese have a violent culture.
The Bishop also urges Christians to continue praying for peace and stability to end suffering in the country.
