A pastor of Episcopal Church of South Sudan and Sudan expresses happiness over the increment of prices of beer in the country.

Reverend Natale David says some people celebrate Christmas by drinking alcohol which does not reflect its real meaning.

He says Christmas means love, visiting the sick and prisoners to receive God’s blessings.

It is also an opportunity to do kindness, Pastor David adds.

He advises everybody to fear the consequences of sins.

The Pastor urges people to forgive one another during this Christmas season and trust in God to experience peace in South Sudan.

He observes that South Sudan will not change from its current state if leaders do not turn to God.

Pastor David says it is his first time since he was born to see grandmothers go begging in the streets.
