Many citizens in Rumbek wish all South Sudanese countrywide to celebrate the Christmas and New Year 2017 in peace, love and unity among communities.
Agum Mapuor, a caller from Akuach, urges people of South Sudan to forgive one another and live together as one people, Radio Good News reports.
She says the young country needs peace and reconciliation so that people forget about the past events and begin a new chapter.
Dongrin Ayen Dongrin also wishes all people a Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year.
He denounces cattle rustling and killings of innocent people along high ways countrywide.
Ayen said Christmas is all about loving, caring and giving thanks to God for reaching the New Year.
The citizens made the remarks on Tuesday during Radio Good News breakfast club morning show in Rumbek, Western Lakes State.
